Sending mail solution

Due to server changes, we now require people to login to be able to send mail using our servers, this is a simple process (hopefully)

using your email program, in account settings for outgoing(SMTP)mail server you need to enable authentication and then if it has a box that says use POP3 login details, put a tick in that box otherwise

the Login name will be <firstpartofyouremailaddress>.stalmine

and the password that was sent to you recently for the email address,
