New Email Login details

As Part of our complete change to our servers and network, you will need to login using new details on your email programs

if your email address login was

stal******

or

stalnet******

now it will become

firstpartofyouremailaddress.stalmine, this is because we are changing the way our network works to stop outages in future like we have had in the last few days, all services are now managed entirely in house, this now reduces the problems that we have seen over the last few days

if you are still having problems please contact us using this portal, using the submit ticket button on the left hand side, then click broadband

Some people are also having issues with sending email, we will post another annoucement on here once that problem has been resolved,
